It was established in 1948, originally as a repair and machine shop. As the engineering and raw materials were not readily available in Bahrain, they had a to be imported and this resulted in the establishment of the Trading Department in 1957.

The Trading Department grew by acquiring agencies of world renowned engineering product manufacturers. In 1973, two main activities were seperated forming the Trading Division and Engineering Division. The Engineering Division was relocated and further developed with the addition of a Galvanising Plant at the present loction Mam’eer. We operate the first Galvinising Plant in Bahrain.

The total work force of the company is approximately 190 to 200 including the executive, clerical, and labour grades.

Considering the increased number of industrial equipment in operation in Bahrain, the Rotating Equipmennt division was rstablished for the maintenance of valves and rotary equipment.

Our aim is to provide our customers with a complete professional service in the field of engineering covered through our Structural, Mechanical, Casting, Galvanizing, Lifting, Rotating Equipment Divisions which are complimented with the supply of new equipment and consumables through the Trading Division. This together with the combination of our dedicated team of engineers and decades of expertise in the petrochemical, heavy engineering, aluminium smelters and manufacturing industries has strengthened our organization’s capability of achieving excellence in the field of engineering.

The Trading Division represents a wide range of well-known manufacturers around the world. This division has modern and spacious showrooms, situated in the main industrial locations at Riffa, Manama and Ma’meer for the convenience of our vast business clientele. We are major suppliers of engineered products such as steam turbines, API pumping systems, lifting equipments and industrial products to the private and government sectors.

The Engineering Division has acquired vast experience in heavy fabrication and various other manufacturing activities connected with aluminium smelter refineries & other major companies in BAHRAIN, around the Gulf and further afield.

The rotating equipment division is operated by a well trained group of qualified and flexible experienced technicians with a dedicated floor space of 560 square meters with a wide range of tools and equipment to repair rotating equipments.
